[dropcap]I[/dropcap]t may be freezing in a lot of places this month, but in Exuma it will be hot! This will be when the big boys and all the crew will start showing up. It’s prime time for big wahoo. Yellowfin tuna will be arriving and the marlin are already here. There will also be decent mahi with some impressive size. So it’s one of those what do we run? I say run everything! One deep, couple long, one big bait in the back long, a big one close and some small close. This will cover everything! Color won’t matter, just mix it up and see what gets busted up! It’s gonna be a crazy year with an El Niño current running. Fishing has already been off the chain and it’s only January as I write this. This 400-pound blue marlin caught in mid-January. Who knows what’s next in Exuma sound! Did I mention there some really nice sized wahoo as well?!
