[dropcap]W[/dropcap]ell the cold fronts haven’t been frequent lately like we would like to bring in our share of the ‘hoos, but we have been catching a few despite the lack of the cold snaps reaching New Providence offshore waters. There have been a few in the 80-plus-pound range and some 10 to 30 pounders in the mix. Trolling the ledges at speeds of 8 to 10 knots with bait and a lot faster trolling speed with lures have been producing the fish. February is great month for wahoo, and some of the other gamefish that will start to show up, like mahi-mahi. So as fishing goes, you never know when that trophy will show up, so let’s wet those lines and go get your share.
