Well I’d like to hope December will bring some cold fronts, but we will have to see since November felt like June. Coming into the winter months when water temperatures drop, targeting areas that warm quickly like docks, mangroves and potholes will be the best bet. October is my favorite month of the year. The mullet run should be in full effect and well Halloween of course. Using top water plugs and shallow diving jerk baits will work well imitating the mullet. Snook, trout, tarpon and redfish will be working the schools that move in the river.Sep 28th, 2015

Early angler gets the fish. Fishing early or late in the day is still the key through September. The flats and inlets are holding large amounts of glass minnows. Using lures to imitate these baits will be your best bet. Fishing the inlets, docks and bridges will continue to be a great option.Aug 26th, 2015
