Vero Marine Center of Vero Beach is proudly acknowledged in the 2013 model year by Grady-White Boats for excellence in the areas of customer service and sales volume. The award was presented at the Grady-White Dealer Meeting on December 4, 2013. Grady-White customer satisfaction is carefully measured by utilizing overall dealer satisfaction scores in customer surveys to confirm top-quality handling and care. Service Excellence winners from each model year are required to match or exceed a score of at least 9.25 on a 10-point scale. Each model year Sales Achievement award is granted to Grady-White dealers with top retail sales.
