Congrats to Capt. Austin Waddell’s Flatliner Fishing Team (left) and Reef Affliction Capt. Eric P. hooked this 39-inch snook on the Indian River in Melbourne with a D.O.A. shrimp.

FINALLY, HER FIRST! Tonya Hevia caught this 32.5” snook-her very first-off the jetties in Cape Canaveral. She stays behind most fishing trips due to her Multiple Sclerosis, but her husband slapped an I-Pilot on the front of their tritoon so he could take her fishing comfortably. When she landed the snook, she actually cried and thanked the snook for giving her his life. Beautiful snook…and story!

THIRD TIME’S THE CHARM! After a previous run in with this beautiful bonnethead shark—hooking him twice in the same day (he broke off both times!)—weeks later, Brandon Alexander went back to the same spot in the Indian River Lagoon and managed to land him after a 10 minute fight using light tackle!

Kaytlyn, Katelin, Brantley and Ronnie hooked this nice 80-90 lb. sailfish out of Sebastian in 400ft. of water.

This beauty caught a sweet sheepshead while surf fishing with Capt. Lukas Brickweg.

Nick took his father (who has terminal brain cancer) out with Capt. Jim Ross of Fineline Fishing Charters on a recent fishing trip on the Banana River, where his dad landed his personal best redfish. Awesome!

Justin Manna caught this respectable snook in the Port from his new 16-ft. Carolina Skiff using a live threadfin herring/greenie. He has a lot of respect for this fish and provided him with a quick release back.
