The SKA (Southern King Fish King Mackerel Tournament) was a two day tournament held November 30th and December 2, 2023, in Morehead City, NC. Our team fishes a 34' Fountain powered by twin 400 V10 Mercury motors. The first day, we did not catch a fish to weight, so we had a lot of work to do for day two. As the winds changed, and the weather was a little more tolerable, Team Forgiven managed to boat two big King Mackerel and won the 2023 SKA National Championship by 0.46 lbs.
