Jared Buchanon with a 27” redfish caught in Fort Pierce. Jared was having motor issues, had anchored to take care of them, and threw a live shrimp out on a 5’ 6” rod, not expecting to catch a thing. The reel started screaming and the rod almost was lost. After being dragged around on the flats for 30-45 minutes, this is what was pulled in.
