Meet the team on the ground in the Islands of the Bahamas who help bring Coastal Angler Magazine to your island or an island near you every month.
Team Abaco
The South Abaco Adventures team is Coastal Angler Magazine-FLAHAMA Team representative on Abaco.
South Abaco Adventures, based in Sandy Point (South Abaco) provides guided fishing trips, water adventures, and land-based tours.
Matt, Capt. Bain and the entire South Abaco Adventures team helps identify distribution locations and ensures Coastal Angler Magazine is placed at the most visible points in Abaco every month.

Team Bimini

In addition to distributing the magazine across North and South Bimini, Shanny ensures her dad, Bonefish Ebbie, submits his inshore fishing forecast every month! And, when her dad and mom are off island, Shanny ensures Ebbie’s Bimini Bonefish Club, which is comprised of five guest rooms, waterfront restaurant and bar, store, docks, and fly-fishing guide service, run smoothly and proficiently.
Shanny grew up in Nassau, but now considers Bailey Town, Bimini home. She’s the mom to a spirited poodle, who recently became a mom to four puppies and who also likes to ride in Shanny’s golf card to deliver the magazine.
Team Eleuthera

Al Curry is the owner of Ocean Fox Cotton Bay at Davis Harbour in South Eleuthera. He is a certified PADI instructor. Al, and his wife Janice, are from Houston. The couple fell in love with Eleuthera when visiting the island on vacation and later bought a house to spend their retirement. Retirement didn’t last for very long, Al bought a diving and sport-fishing business — Ocean Fox Cotton Bay, and now spends his days showing others some of the most beautiful spots of Eleuthera. Like to fish? Call Al. Like to SCUBA dive and snorkle? Call Al. (And tell him Coastal Angler Magazine sent you.)
Team Grand Bahama
Alice Frances is the Coastal Angler Magazine ‘woman-on-the-ground’ on Grand Bahama, responsible for distribution and spreading the word about the magazine, among additional responsibilities. Alice stepped into this role when her husband Paul, who was also a radio personality on COOL 96 FM and known affectionately on Grand Bahama as “Crazy White Man”, became ill. With great sadness, we share Paul passed away, but Alice continues the Coastal Angler Magazine tradition on Grand Bahama, which Paul so passionately embraced.
Team Nassau / New Providence

Terrance distributes Coastal Angler Magazine across Nassau and New Providence, he is responsible for identifying new distribution locations, and he ensures magazines are delivered to the airport and mail boats for delivery to other Bahamas islands. He is also the person to see on New Providence if you are interested in advertising in the magazine!
Terrance is detail-oriented, a go getter, and very personable. We’re very fortunate to have him on the Coastal Angler Bahamas team.
