Bill Dance Giant Bass Open Hits Chickamauga June 22-23

The next stop for the Bill Dance Giant Bass Open is Tennessee’s Lake Chickamauga, where on June 22-23, anglers will vie for their share of more than $55,000 in hourly payouts awarded for big bass weighed in during this unique event.

Bill Dance Giant Bass Open events are family friendly, and hourly payouts make it possible for any angler to win some money. There’s a top hourly adult prize of $1,000 and $500 youths for the largest bass weighed each hour of the tournament from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Also, additional hourly payouts go to the top eight fish for both adult and youth anglers. The biggest fish of the tournament earns an additional $5,000 in the adult division and $1,500 in the youth division. Chickamauga is a world-renowned big-bass factory, so there should be some bigguns hitting the scales.

The Chickamauga event will be held out of Bluewater Resort. Entry fees are $140 per day or $200 for both days for adults and $70 per day or $100 for both days for youths.
After the Chickamauga event, remaining dates for the Bill Dance Giant Bass Opens include Sept. 14-15 at Kentucky Lake and back to Chickamauga on Sept. 28-29.
