Great weather, incredible fishing, and hungry fish are the norm for the month of November. The flounder fishing should be in full swing as the cold fronts keep coming. Fishing the shore lines near Bayou Caddy or the Jordan River should be incredible for November flounder. On good weather days, go to the Biloxi Marsh and enjoy it! Fishing drains, cuts, ditches with moving water is all it takes. Th e trout should be feeding like mad to fatten up for the winter. The size of the fish may not be big, but the numbers should be good. November red fishing in the marsh is some of the best you’ll find all year. On clear calm days, put the wind to your face and the sun to your back for some incredible sight fishing. Gold spoons, spinner baits, jigs worked along shore lines will produce results all month.
If the seas are rough, stay in close and fish the reefs and bridges. Trout, sheepshead, black drum, redfish and flounder can be found on the reefs. If live bait is available, carolina rigs in and around these structures can be lethal. Dead shrimp will get it done as well. It is a great month to be on the water, so try and get out there.
