Cobia Time!!!

caught this 37 in on the dot Cobia in Big Bend Area Of Florida.

Went out the Big Bend Area Ecofina Flordia over Mothers Day weekend to fish for Cobia! Was pretty windy and choppy, but managed to catch 4 total. With Florida’s new law change on their size from 33 inches to 36 inches, we had one keeper! Which was 37in on the dot! And that is ok with me, I just love to scout for them and that adrenaline rush of the feel of that peel! A fish I could catch and release all day everyday! One of my favorite times of the year is when they migrate through. We have a good 3-4 weeks window to fish for them. Was in 8-12 ft of water and fished a live pin fish under a four horsemen cork And fished a fishbites 5” hammer fist grub. Both were even on the bite and catch. Fun day for sure! 🎣😊
