Hurricane Irma and Jose’s passing certainly has stirred up the fishing. Upon returning to the waters after the storms on our drift boat, Living On Island Time, we yielded some very nice keeper red groupers, mutton snappers up to 10 pounds, and some nice flag yellowtails averaging up to 3 pounds! Some king mackerels and mangrove snappers were landed too! All of the catches were just a few miles out from the Boynton Beach Inlet.  We can only hope that this will last for a while.  It was nice to get back out on the waters, forget about the stress of the hurricanes and relax for a few.

We were very fortunate to have had only minor damage and power outage in our area for about a week. I pray for all of those less fortunate who were severely affected by the storms. I hope for a speedy recovery for all of you.
