Emerald Isle Tarpon

I caught this 78 1/2 inches Tarpon in Emerald Isle Point, NC.

I caught this while surf fishing at the Emerald Isle point on a finger mullet. The hook was a size 4.0 on 50 lb braid with a Penn pursuit 4000 reel. It fought for nearly an hour with multiple jumps and runs. We had a blast.
