FLFA holds 3rd Inshore Slam; 4th scheduled May 16, 2014

On April 12, 2014, the Florida Flatsfishing Association held its third inshore slam event out of Riverside Café in Vero Beach. Though a bit windy, 12 team weighed in trout and redfish. The top three teams were:

Tony Vercillo (Ft. Pierce) /T.J. Kiefer (Ft. Pierce)/Monty Peters (Vero Beach)
Trout 8.00/redfish 7.29 = 15.29lb. 100-points

Darren Frost /Scott Lockhart (both from Palm Bay)
Trout 7.13/redfish 7.35 = 14.48lb. 99-points

Tim & Mike Strange (Melbourne/West Melbourne)
Trout 7.60/redfish 5.83 = 13.43lb. 98-points
