Arthur M Tyler 111 caught this hand scale @ 20 lbs black drum in north causway New Smyrna beach Florida ( Pink Bridge).
Went fishing On M.L.K. day had the day off, with my twin brother Ranger James aboard his boat the Ranger Minnow. Had a late start, got on the water around noon. we stopped at the new Smyrna bait and tackle and got our nice size shrimp. Lost a few but this one took a jumbo shrimp on 17lb suffix extra strong line and a 7ft ugly stick, trust me on this…it was a long battle to keep her out of the finders and anchor rope, I first thought it was a big clump of sea weed, the rod started to bend over real slow, I’m thinking weeds until the drag started screaming on my pen spinning reel, fight was on.
