October Catch of the Month Winner: Mike Kelley
This beautiful 38-pound, 45-inch striped bass was caught and released by Mike Kelley. Using a 247 Lures Topwater Plug, Mike caught this striper off the North Shore while spending time with Team Why Knot Fishing.
