I caught this Parrotfish about 55 miles off the South Carolina coast in the Gulf Stream. We charted a boat with Fish Screamer Charters out of the Little River inlet. Apparently very rare for this area, I was shocked when I reeled this beautiful fish in. This bright green, blue and aqua fish is easily the most unique fish I've ever caught. The meat of this fish is blue just like the outside. Once cooked, it turned white and it was flaky, light and delicious. I definitely believe this is a once in a lifetime catch for this area, and I am getting this beauty mounted.
