With Lake Okeechobee hovering around the 12.5 feet above sea level range, bass fishing has been excellent. Early morning action is as good as it gets. Spinner baits, top water, and swim jigs have produced very good catchesCapt. Eddie PerryJun 29th, 2015
The snapper bite should also be good along the channel edges both to the north and south in the Intracoastal. Fish a live shrimp or a mojarra on a #2 live bait hook, a 20-pound fluorocarbon leader and about a half-ounce or one-ounce weight.Capt. Joe WardJun 29th, 2015
Mangrove and mutton snapper will be at the top of the fish hit list and will be found in many depths, especially from 70-to-90 feet of water from east of Jensen Beach all the way down to the Loran Tower Ledge, east of Hobe Sound and Tequesta.Capt. Rocky CarbiaJun 26th, 2015
Bridges will be producing snapper, drum and sheephead during July. Live or dead shrimp will be hard for them to resist. Watch the tides and fish the slower sides of them for best results. Whiting will continue to be in the surf with the occasional bluefish and Spanish mackerel. There will be larger snapper in the river around structure and along channel edges. Capt. Charlie ConnerJun 26th, 2015
The possibility of multiple fish hook ups is not uncommon in July and often you'll have a mahi or two swim up to you while you are out that far too. Trolling a spread of the small mahi/ahi lures by Scylla Lures on the way out and in is a great way to catch fish and save fuel on that extended trip.Capt. Scott FawcettJun 26th, 2015
Tarpon are in the green water just off the beaches of the Treasure Coast. Run the beach at safe light and look for rolling fish, try to anticipate the swim pattern and intercept them with a well-placed live mullet or big greenie. Capt. John YoungJun 26th, 2015

Offshore fishing continues to be good. Kingfish, mahi, sailfish and tuna are the common catches. Look for wahoo bites to pick up around the full moons in the coming months. Running baits on a downrigger anywhere from 60-80’ below surface will help in your quest to land a wahoo.Treasure CoastJun 23rd, 2015
