Dale Negus caught this 9.0 lbs Trout in Mosquito Lagoon.
Was on a fishing trip with friend spaghetti eddie january 3 2017 with my dad. Its was an extremely windy and cloudy day. Tried to sight fish redfish in the mourning and caught a few with one weighing seven lbs. The wind really picked up as day went on so we deceided to get out of wind and fish sand holes for big trout. Within in twenty minutes of fishing this area bam fish on. After landing her she weighed 9 lbs. Its was my largest trout and most exciting moment.
