caught this ?? Redfish in Dauphin Island AL.
The conditions were not ideal for flounder gigging, but decided to go anyways. It was high tide with fair visibility starting out. Turned out it was an amazing night. Not because we limited out, but because of the amount of fish activity. Of course tons of mullet, but also reds, black drum, shark, and tarpon. I was creeping up on a flounder when the redfish decided to be nosy. I did end up gigging 3 legal flounder, and I’m ok with that.
