Cartoon Classics Christmas Marine Industries Christmas Boat Parade on Naples Bay

The 29th Annual Marine Industries Christmas Boat Parade on Naples Bay will be held Saturday, December 8, 2018.  “It’s a Cartoon Classics Christmas” for this year’s boat parade theme.  Winners will take best in class and best overall theme winner. The newly remodeled Naples City Dock will host the judging committee and VIP guests this year with lots of extra space for a front row seat to the spectacle.  The parade of lighted boats will start at 6:15pm.  All size boats are welcome to enter and there is no fee and tons of fun to participate.  Frank Perrucci, Boat Parade Chairman asks that participants and patrons consider a tax-deductible donation to the Ricky King Foundation, the parade committee’s charity benefactor for the annual event.

PARADE ROUTE:  The parade will start at 6:15pm from Marker 18 (Bayview park & Hamilton Harbor marina area) and will continue north to the Naples City Dock, then to Pincher’s at Tin City at the Gordon River bridge.  The parade may be viewed from:  Naples City Dock, Pincher’s, Riverwalk Restaurant, Naples Landing, Kelly’s Fish House, The Boat House Restaurant and Bayview Park. Awards and gift certificates with an approximate value of $3,000.00 will be given to the best decorated boats in their category. There will be approximately 8 to 10 winners. The Captain’s Meeting is a must attend for those wishing to participate.  It will be held Wednesday, Dec. 5th at 6:30 p.m. at Pincher’s at Tin City.
