As the weather warms up, things are starting to come alive on Boston’s waterfront. And there is no better way to experience Spring and Summer in our beautiful city than a leisurely cruise around Boston Harbor.

The Spirit of Boston, Entertainment Cruises largest vessel, will introduce a brand new delectable menu designed by Food Network “Chopped” champion and celebrity chef Eric Levine. The buffet style menu will feature dishes that are freshly-prepared onboard and presented in a fun, contemporary way. Signature entrees include braised short ribs, pan-seared chicken, cavatelli pasta with roasted vegetables, couscous and feta-stuffed tomato. For dessert, guests will be treated to a trio of malt ball mousse, chocolate fudge cake and mini apple crisp.

In addition to the new menu, Spirit of Boston guests can enjoy breathtaking views on two recently refurnished decks. For those looking for a high-energy, festive event, the Spirit will offer several new themed-cruises including the Adult Prom Cruise on June 27, the Catalina Wine Mixer on July 25 and a weekly cruise just for kids starting in June.
Entertainment Cruises offers lunch, dinner and sunset cruises, and will make any holiday or special occasions a memorable one. The festive Spirit of Boston and its elegant sister ship the Odyssey will each host a Mother’s Day Brunch on May 11.
