Drifting live pilchards on the surface for tunas and sailfish, plus always running a larger live bait on the bottom worked out. This beautiful mutton ate a live pinfish drifting in 200′ off Islamorada. Small circle hook through the baits lips, 20 oz dropper weight about 30 feet up from the hook.
