HIGHLANDS BASS ANGLERS TOURNAMENT TRAIL

Lake Reedy greeted us with a calm morning that quickly turned into a steady wind from the southeast with gusts up to 25-30mph. Despite the rough conditions, only 1 team failed to weigh in a fish. Six teams were able to manage a 3-fish limit. Most of the fish were reported as being caught in the Kissimmee Grass. Docks seemed to produce very little. The winning team of Zac Walkup and Ronnie Westcott took home the most money with the 1st Place and Big Bass pot. The Walkup/Westcott team slightly edged out the second place team of Bill and Austin Springer by only 0.27lb. Walkup/Westcott weighed in 7.49lb. Big Bass was 3.73lb. The Springer team weighed in a 3-fish limit of 7.22lb. Rounding out the top 3 was the team of Joe Conley/Jason Walkup with 6.74lb.
