caught this 5’6” Goliath in Northeast Fl.
Caught on live grunt in 100ft. Fishing on Sunday during the recent snapper season. Captain Tony of the YoYoMa put us on a great snapper/cobia bite including this beast. A strikezone rod and TLD 2 speed Shimano 50, reeled him in over a wreck east of Jacksonville FL in a 100ft of water. The fish was revived and released. This fish has stalked us all out there and it was nice to get a win for once. When this beast surfaced the feeling was like hitting the lottery.
