Easy Baked Fish

  • 1 lb fish fillet, any type
  • salt and pepper
  • onion powder
  • 14 cup mayonnaise
  • paprika
  • a sprinkle of Parmesan Cheese is a nice addition.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Line 8×10″ dish with foil.
  3. Place fish in pan, sprinkle with seasonings.
  4. Use a pastry brush to sparingly coat tops and sides of fillets with mayonnaise.
  5. top with generous sprinkling of paprika.
  6. Bake uncovered for about 20 minutes, until fish flakes when touched with fork.
  7. Serves 4.

This recipe can be used on a camp fire or grill as well.
