caught this Not sure Dolphin in Offshore Port Canaveral.
I was on the Orlando Ocean Obsession. Captain Dusty was amazing. I never had caught a dolphin before. I never ate Mahi-mahi before but I can say it was delicious! I found an online recipe for it blackened.
