MetroMedia Marketing, Inc., the parent company of “Ladies, Let’s Go Fishing!”, has launched a website, Save-Fish.com, on fish release. Created on behalf of the Switzerland-based Save Our Seas Foundation, Save-Fish.com details why and how to release fish.

Betty Bauman, CEO of MetroMedia Marketing, commented, “There are many ways to release fish, depending on the size of the fish and the circumstances. The website covers many methods, however ultimately it is up to the angler to decide which style works within their situation.”

Bauman labels the site as a “one-stop shop for information on why and how to release fish.” Content does focus on sharks and rays, according to Bauman, “the fish most susceptible to improper release yet important to the ocean’s ecology.”

The Save Our Seas Foundation (SOSF) is a non-profit organization that establishes and supports conservation, awareness, scientific research and educational projects focused on the need to protect the world’s oceans. SOSF has supported over 76 projects in 30 countries. Betty Bauman has been chosen by SOSF as a SOSF Project Leader to conduct the Shark, Ray and Fish Release Awareness Program.
