I love May! After the cold windy months of March and April, May will bring a bit of calmness, warmth and really awesome fishing.
March brings re-birth and April brings Cobia! I love April! The anticipation of warm days and the annual Cobia migration will make anyone that loves fishing count the days until the water warms to around 68 degrees.
March brings re-birth! As the ole saying goes, “March comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb”. After a very cold wet winter, let’s hope March brings us warm temperatures and gentle winds.
WOW, January was a good month for fishing even though we had sub-freezing temperatures. I love telling fish stories, and I have two for the month of January! First of all, I love fishing for Black sea bass around the navigational markers in the bay.
Now that the holidays are over, we all can get back to normal. During the cold, gray days of the winter months, I spend time doing maintenance on my rod and reels and boats. I take advantage of the bright, sunny calm days to fish! I fish the navigational markers in the bay for redfish.
