This two day event starts with a mandatory Captain’s Meeting on Friday, September 22, 2017, at 6:00 p.m. with dinner provided by PDQ. Awards dinner from Applebee’s will be Saturday, September 23, 2017, at 6:00 pm. Both events will be held at McGregor Baptist Church (Studio G, Stage 1), 3750 Colonial Blvd, Fort Myers, FL, 33966. There will also be a silent auction at the Awards Dinner. Additional Dinner and Auction tickets are available for $10 each. Don’t miss out on all of the auction action and family fun!
On Saturday, September 23, 2017, honor start for the tournament is 7:00 a.m. Scales open at 10:00 a.m. with weigh-in closing at 3:00 p.m. all taking place on the beach of the Sanibel Causeway.
Southwest Florida Christian Academy is a ministry of McGregor Baptist Church dedicated to excellence in education, empowering students to reach their educational goals and to exemplify Christ through a lifestyle of leadership, service, stewardship and worship. We are proud to say that 80% of our enrolled students are involved in athletics. SFCA currently has 15 sports for both men and women. Each student-athlete will have a chance to contribute to the success of each team. Every athlete is coached to put themselves third, behind God and the needs of the team.
This exciting event held each fall is to raise funds to enhance and keep up with the ever growing athletic programs and needs of the student athletes. Our current goal is to purchase permanent bleachers for our football/soccer field located at our campus. We are still looking for tournament sponsors and auction donations.
