caught this 34 inches Redfish in St. John’s River.
We have been tearing up the big reds this year. A good friend alerted us to a spot we hadn’t tried and we’ve managed to land 15 on two trips. We also lost 3 that were too big to turn, breaking brand new 50 pound braid line! We used half a blue crab and 16 ounces of lead on a Carolina fish finder rig, in order to hold bottom in the swift current.
