Serves 2-4 Guests
Step 1–Make Your Tropical Fruit Aioli Sauce
- 1 cup of Kraft Mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 cups of fresh chopped mangoes
- 1 1/2 cups mandarin orange slices
- 1/2 cup of Tupat’s Hawaiian Orange Seasoning
- 1/4 cup of orange zest
- 1/4 cup of fresh squeezed orange juice
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1 tablespoon of honey
Set mangos and mandarin oranges aside. In a small mixing bowl, hand whisk all other ingredients well and set aside.
Step 2 – Carrot Noodles
Start with 16-ounces of fresh cut and peeled carrots. Spiral slice or shave carrots to your preference. With carrots in a small sauce pan, add
- 1-ounce of pure granulated sugar
- 2-ounces soy sauce
- 2-ounces Sake,
- 1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes
Heat carrot noodles over medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until hot.
Step 3
- In a large fry pan, add ½-cup of extra virgin olive oil.
- Add 2-4 pieces of fresh red snapper fillets
- On each fillet, sprinkle 2-ounces of Tupat’s Hawaiian Orange Mango Seasoning
- Pan sear fish on low heat for 8-10 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
Step 4
Remove carrot noodles from heat and add to center of each guest’s plate. Then place the snapper fillets on top of carrot noodles. Top the snapper with the tropical fruit aioli sauce. Add chopped mangos and mandarin oranges on top of snapper. Garnish with fresh green parsley
