It was a foggy morning when I took New Jersey brothers, Eddie and Tim, out on a crappie trip. We were using Muck City Cocaine Jigs, 4 lb test Suffix line, and Mafia crappie rods to catch a 36 legal limit of these tasty treats.
With the lake lower than usual, trolling the Kissimmee River with live minnows was the ticket. As the weather warms up, night fishing will be a great choice for catching crappies.
