COSTA FLW SERIES SOUTHEASTERN DIVISION | Jan. 14 – 15, 2016
Venue: Lake Okeechobee
A field of 250-boaters took to Lake Okeechobee on a weekend as a heavy cold front moved thorough. With changing weather patterns dominating the tournament, most anglers retreated to the weed edges and mats for some flipping and jigging. However Jason Lambert from Pickwick TN thought differently and used crankbaits and swim baits in deep hydrilla and grass beds to power past the field. Justin Morgan of Okeechobee was leader among the locals with a 5th Place finish with a weight of 37.0 lbs on 11 fish.
Next Tournament will be March 10-12, 2016 at Santee Cooper in Manning, SC.
