Merry, Merry Christmas, and if you don’t celebrate Christmas, Cary and I wish you Happy Holidays of your choice, to share with loving friends and family. At this time of the year, I can’t help but remember the holidays from my childhood, from my children’s childhood, and our now teenage grandsons’ early childhood.  July 2017, we were blessed with the miracle birth of our granddaughter.  So much fun to have a baby in our family again, at Christmas, and every day.

This month’s recipe, Shrimp in a Cream/Wine Sauce Over Wild/White Rice is on page 9. This recipe is a perfect for entertaining; it is easy, comes together quickly and everybody loves it.  You can substitute chicken or pork for the shrimp.
When you pick up your FREE Coastal Angler, please thank the business who generously shares space for our magazine display.  Without them, we could not give you this FREE magazine.  Also, since this magazine is FREE, without our advertising partners, there would be no revenue to pay for printing, production and distribution.  Without our knowledgeable writers, you wouldn’t have those wonderful articles and forecasts.  Without Cary, me and our designer Kathleen, there would be no magazine and no need for writers, advertisers or distribution locations.  Without the hard work of our corporate office and printer, there would be no FREE magazine.  Without the freight delivery folks, this FREE magazine would not travel from the printer in Kentucky, to us here in Florida.  Without Cary, Rosa and me, 10,000 FREE magazines would not get to the distribution locations in our eight-county market.  It takes many people, working many hours to put this great FREE magazine into your hands.
