capt doug davis caught this about 210 lbs 5 foot 9 inchs goliath grouper in out of ponce inlet new smyrna beach.
We were fishing about 28 miles out of Ponce Inlet last Monday. Found a 10 foot deep ledge. After a 40 min fight, one of our crew Al Loehman from New Smyrna pulled up this Grouper. After we de vented grouper, he headed back down. Fishing with Captain Doug Davis on Salty Bones. I have more pictures.
