[dropcap]W[/dropcap]ell the summer is here and it’s turning out to be a hot one, but the fish are still in spawn mode. Almost every kind of fish that we fish for—mutton, yellowtail, gray snapper, barracuda, jacks, and bonefish—is spawning so this is a great time to mix it up.

The kids are out of school for the summer. It would be great to get them in on the fun. I take a lot of kids out fishing so I know that when kids are fishing they always like to have fish on the line, so those snappers would be just the thing to keep them happy.

July in Grand Bahama the fishing is still great, but you will need some extra sun block. If that’s what it takes to get your fishing on, then let’s do this. The flats the reef and channels are alive with happy fish. Let’s go fishing.
