With falling temperatures and a lot of clear water our fishing has been on FIRE!
Everything from Bull Redfish, Flounder, Trout and more have been our target species on our charters the past few weeks.
For the schools of big Redfish, I like a 30lb fluorocarbon leader to a 2oz Spro buck tail jig. For the Trout and Flounder, I like a 20lb fluorocarbon leader to a 1/2oz jig head and a Matrix Shad soft plastic.
This time of year, the biggest problem most people have with find bull red schools is spending enough time just being watching and waiting, if you only have wait a couple minutes and run somewhere else odds are you’re gonna be running around them all day! It’s the time of the year when you we start checking up and down the coast for schools of these amazing Reds.
