June, July, August, September and October are the longest months for me since the fishing is generally slow compared to what is coming up. November is the start of wahoo season, a time everyone looks forward to. In November, the wahoo really start to run and that will last generally until the end of February. If your rods and reels have been sitting for a while get them serviced ASAP. Don’t wait until the week before you go fishing and expect the service guy to have them back the next day. Make sure you’re drags and lines are in top shape because you never know when the monster is coming. Safety first and be ready is our motto. Remember Moon tide and time of day matter. If you are going to spend the time and the money you should do everything you can to be ready. Tight lines to all and Happy Thanksgiving.
