More than 100 curated songs specially selected to evoke and inspire a love of all things “water” playing via internet radio through the end of 2016
Watsonville, CA, May 12, 2016 – West Marine launched its first-ever dedicated waterlife station on Pandora Radio, inviting water enthusiasts everywhere to tune in and spend their time listening to a selection of music that speaks to good times and having fun — whether you’re boating, sailing, fishing or paddling, or simply wish to transport yourself to the water while driving in your car, walking to work or throwing a backyard barbecue!
West Marine’s Pandora station features an eclectic mix of music with broad appeal to people that enjoy recreating on and around the water — from a varied group of more than 100 popular artists that include Zac Brown Band, Kenny Chesney, Jimmy Buffet, Sheryl Crow, The Eagles, Jack Johnson, Brad Paisley, Bob Marley, The Beach Boys, and dozens more.
The station’s song assortment was selected by a group of Pandora “musicologists” and West Marine Associates to bring out the water-lover in everyone and inspire an “island state of mind” wherever people may be.
