Bimini Dive Forecast – October 2011

Bimini Undersea’s rebuilt custom dive boat has hit the water!

October is a great time to visit Bimini. The waters are at their warmest, the resorts uncrowded, and the dive boat has a greater flexibility on dive site selection. The air temperature and breezes become slightly cooler and steadier. It truly is a beautiful and tranquil time in the western most Bahamian island. The reefs are alive with marine life, colorful coral formations and world famous visibility.

Bimini Undersea also has some big news! We are proud to announce the recent launch of our newly rebuilt custom dive boat! Our 42′ Stapleton is all brand new and decked out with great amenities to enhance your dive adventure. Outfitted for 16 divers, there is a custom camera table and rinse/holding bins, two new ladders, a spacious new dive/swim platform, new head (bathroom on a boat) and seating for 24 for our nightly Sunset Celebration Cruise complete with a bar for serving the best Bahamian libations. Of course we have tunes! Cruise to your snorkel, dive, and dolphin sites to the upbeat calypso music from all over the Caribbean. Diving the waters of Bimini any time of the year is great but October is one of the better months to plan a weekend get-away.

For information about regularly scheduled flight service and charters from Miami or Ft. Lauderdale, give us a call. We’ll be glad to assist.
