Bimini Dive Report – August 2011

August is a great time for a Wild Dolphin Swimming Adventure!

August in Bimini brings some of our best weather of the year. We enjoy very calm seas for extended periods with light variable winds making for a great day on (and under) the water. The waters around Bimini are now reaching 84-to-85 degrees, visibility is spectacular, and marine life is plentiful. With no holiday weekends in August, we are uncrowded, but certainly have enough guests to party with at the local watering holes in the evening and share some great diving adventures of the day. And, with some of the most predictable weather of the year, August is a great time to join us on a Wild Dolphin Swimming Adventure as well.

Bimini Undersea is expanding with a new dive boat launching in August, kayak and SUP rentals and tours, and Mangrove Nature Tours. Come experience the “real” Out Island style and check out Bimini, the closest island to the U.S. mainland.
