The Girls of Bimini, some 12 prospects vying to become a 2015 Hooters Calendar Girl, arrived recently at the historic Bimini Big Game Club Resort and Marina, Alice Town, North Bimini, for a professional photo shoot.
The popular Bahama out island’s signature locations served as a colorful backdrop for the four-day shoot. The girls, mostly from Florida Hooters locations, are among 300 hopefuls being photographed in such locales as Bimini, the British Virgin Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, Exuma, Abaco and Mexico. From those shoots, a final 200 are selected for the calendar, which sells nearly 500,000 copies worldwide annually.
