I hope everyone’s holidays and New Years was awesome and safe! Just want to say thank you to everyone who helped me out this past year. Without our fishing community being so friendly to one another all the time, fishing would be way more difficult at times. Part of doing well out here is knowing where they’re chewing and sometimes relying on the help from fellow captains. Thank You!Brevard EditionDec 30th, 2014
Hope everyone got out to enjoy our privileged American Red Snapper season (what a joke). Everyone I know had their limits quickly and then released many more. But wait, they’re extinct! Politics I guess? Whatever!Brevard - Chris CameronJul 30th, 2014
Happy July! I’m sure many of you are happy now that we get to catch the extinct Red snapper. I say whatever! They’re allowing us to keep a fish that they say there’s not enough around? Well I challenge that person to actually go on a boat out of the port and go see the truth. Brevard - Chris CameronJun 29th, 2014
Anglers working the waters just offshore of the port this month should be greeted by a variety of species that will be feeding around the bait pods in the 10 to 25-foot depths. captjimrossMay 1st, 2014
I’m sure some of you are wondering where the cobia run went or if we are going to see more than 4 awesome days of fishing for cobia? The fish that came through were on a mission north pretty quick. There was a few solid days of fishing then they disappeared and nothing. Come to find out they showed up from Playalinda to Ponce in just a few days. Still be on the lookout for cobia even though it’s now May. Brevard - Chris CameronMay 1st, 2014
