Tarpon Bite Is Going Off Near Cape Canaveral Launch Pad
Within sight of the famous Space Coast’s launch and landing pads the tarpon migration is strong. The fish are close to the beach feasting on menhaden shad. Now is the beginning of the mullet run too - the silver mullet are just outside the shore break. Trotline Fisherman Catches 104-Pound Mississippi State Record Blue Catfish
Christopher Halley of Brookhaven for catching the new State Trophy Record Blue Catfish. The giant fish weighed 104 pounds and was caught in the Mississippi River near Natchez on a trotline.
