[dropcap]W[/dropcap]ater temperature has reached 84F. We are enjoying a beautiful, warm summer with an average visibility of 80 feet on any dive. ThThe sharks have come back from mating season and they provide ample observation opportunities on our different dive sites. Some of the favorite sites we recommend are: Plate Reef, with its wide plate coral formations and a wide blue hole coming out of the reef; Blair House, with its deep coral trenches and swim through; and, Little Hale’s Lair, with its long tunnel under the coral, refuge of groupers and snappers. These sites are also busy with schools of juvenile fish, forming silver clouds around the entrances, along the blue hole and in between the high formation. They attract all levels of predators, from snappers, to groupers, lion fish, and sharks.
