March issue of Coastal Angler Magazine headed to The Bahamas

The March issue of Coastal Angler Magazine has shipped to The Bahamas. You should find the latest issue in your favorite pickup location this coming week. If you can’t wait for your hard copy, read it online.

In addition to the standard forecasts and new product reviews, here are some the articles you’ll find in this month’s issue:

  • A reminder on The Bahamas Fishing Regulations
  • A look at one of the world’s coolest forests: The Mangroves of Bimini
  • Lightbourn Marine Wahoo Tournament results
  • Bucket List fishing stories
  • AIRBORN, the world’s first inflatable flats boat
  • Riggin’ & Jiggin’: You Can’t Catch a Fish Without Bait in the Water

Be sure to check out photojournalist Sandra Davis’ new column Bahamas Bliss Through the Viewfinder. This month, her Bahamas March “Sip-Sip” can be read online. It’s chock full of tidbits from The Bahamas Out Islands. Next month, “Sip Sip” will appear in the print version of the magazine.

We’re also pleased to bring you fishing and diving forecasts from North Eleuthera, and to welcome aboard new Abaco offshore fishing forecaster June Russell. June resides in Marsh Harbour and has been fishing for 16 years. She’s won two Nassau Rotary Club Tunna Classics and been Top Lady Angler two year’s in a row, so she’s no stranger to The Bahamas’ fishing scene.

Let us know how you like this month’s issue (email flahama@coastalanglermagazine.com),  let us know what you’d like to see in future issues, and keep those catch and outdoor fun photos a comin’!

Tight lines!
