[dropcap]T[/dropcap]he fishing report for March is the mahi mahi will be in full swing and can be caught around Shallow Ground, James Point, and Pinnacle Points of bar. They can be caught trolling colorful lures and skirts with ballyhoo, and also live bait. Yellowfin tuna have been around in acceptable numbers during February and should get a whole lot better during March. These can be caught trolling different lures and skirts, but are best caught on live bait. Look for them at Dutch Bar, James Point and Pinnacle Points of bar. There are still a good number of wahoo being caught during February, and they should still be around during March. Tiger grouper will be biting really well during March. These can be caught in depths of 25 to 70 feet of water on the outside of the reef. All in all, March will be a great month for fishing in North Eleuthera. There will be a lot of different kinds of fishing to choose from.
