Soy Marinade & Basting Sauce for Fish

Recipe From My Grandma Hansen

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 Cup Soy Sauce
• 1⁄2 Cup Sake Wine
• 1⁄2 Cup Oil (Peanut oil is preferred But if you have nut allergies substitute with vegetable oil)
• 1 Tablespoon Freshly Grated Ginger Root
• 1 Clove Garlic Crushed

Directions

1.Combine ingredients and simmer on stove for 5 minutes
2.Marinate Fish for 30 Minutes
3.Grill fish basting with sauce as you cook
4.Enjoy!
