Quietness persists in the tropics. Only features of remote interest is a non-descript wave extending from Puerto Rico south to the Venezuelan coast and a quasi-impressive wave rolling off the west coast of Africa. Neither feature has an environment conducive for development; too much shear, and too much dusty Saharan air. Elsewhere over the North Atlantic, Caribbean , GoMex and France, tropical storm development is not expected this weekend.
